unify: add a way to specify a specific input

I've been doing a lot of work on my personal Neovim configuration, which I have stored in a separate repo. Often, I just want to update that specific flake input and have a custom commit message, like "flake: update meovim input". This workflow could be solved by having a `--specific` option, where it would change the commit message if it was used.
