Output doesn't look natural

Hi,

I tried this tool 2 times with different inputs and outputs but everytime the output looks like a censored and unnatural version of my target.

For example I tried to replace Angela Merkel with donalds Trump:

Is there a failor on my site or is such a output normal?

Probably need more data . try to get at least 200 picture for each face and train the model from scratch , should behave better
