Slide not opening up on Windows 10 Pro 64bit

I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64bit and i have the Anniversary Update. When launching the app regularly (double click) nothing happens, when launching it as an administrator (right click, run as administrator) nothing happens. I'm running two monitors, i tried disabling my secondary display, still didn't work.

its happend to me too i have windows 10 x64 with the anniversary update just reinstall java
