DirectStart Crashing on non en-US windows

(My English is broken, so I used translation software.)
I run this software on Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64, and all runtime libraries have been installed. But after clicking the shortcut, the computer freezes and drops frames, and then crashes. I tested it on Windows 7 x64 SP1 and Windows 8.1 Pro x64 through virtual machines. The difference from the test on Windows 10 is that the "xxx has stopped running" window pops up in these two virtual machines.
I don't know what's going on. Maybe it's a problem with non-English systems? But this effect has been basically eliminated since Windows Vista. I don't know what the problem is. I hope it can be solved well.

Well the truth is i didn't i am just extremely busy lately.....
I will look into this issue when i'll have some free time sorry

This might be related to the start menu hook being broken on non-English systems, since the hidden start window's title is not "Start".
I will release a new version with a completely reworked hooking mechanism, please try it and let me know if it's fixed.
