The poll getTotalStake should be updated to use the L2 block number which corresponds to the polls end block (which is L1).

@ECWireless @rickstaa did some research, and I think https://docs.arbitrum.io/sdk/utils/lib#getfirstblockforl1block this method in the arbitrum-sdk does exactly what we need. Do you agree, or am I overthinking things? And if this is the correct solution, are we okay with taking on the arbitrum-sdk dependency?

Hey, @Jipperism no this will work but using the l2BlockRangeForL1()method on the NodeInterface contract on arbitrum might be less expensive from an RPC call standpoint.

@rickstaa @ECWireless A little annoying but it seems like the deployed NodeInterface contract doesn't actually have the l2BlockRangeForL1() on it's ABI. I'm gonna go ahead and use the arbitrum SDK to get this out the door.

EDIT: Seems like the method isn't exposed by the SDK either.
