Add init container support #131

Hello,
There is currently no way to prevent a CrashLoopBackOff when starting livekit and redis concurrently, as livekit boots way faster than redis and will try to connect to it while it is not ready.
The solution for this is to support init containers. I will be making a pull request shortly.
