Create single project page

User can navigate to the project page via `projects/:<project-name>` url. Project page shoud contain the full-width image of a project, the titte and description. Also it should contain a `back` link, that would navigate users back to homepage. 
Data will be given from the `project.service` service. The service will getting data from `projects.json` file.
