Create a homepage #11
Description
Need to create a homepage. User can navigate to homepage by the /home path.
Homepage should consists of a header image (full-width of container). And a list of projects thumbs below.
For the fullHD devices it whould contain a 2 thumb in row. A thumb is an image with description, that should have the /project/:<project-name> router link. Need to use bootstap conponets and styles.
Project info need to be given by a project.service service. For the start we will store projects data in projects.json file.
