showIndex和fixedCol混合时的bug

1.当设置了showIndex=ture, 没设置fixedCol=0 时，行序号无法使用
2.设置了showIndex=true，也设置了fixedCol=0是，行序号可以使用，但是行高被锁死，无法再使用rowHeight=""调整行高
