Support for Oauth workflow

Are there any plans to ever add ouath support for the wrapper?

@dheighton We don't have any need for it in our applications at this time. We'd gladly accept a pull request if you wanted to code it up.

@chrisdpeters if Infusionsoft does remove the ability to access the API without oauth, would you consider adding it it then? That's the only reason I ask. Recently Infusionsoft's support recommended I switch to OAuth because they might remove the basic auth support from the API. They gave no timelines, and I'm sure it was just a thing they are being told to say at this point.

We don't have much use for it either, unless they disabled what is currently working, so I probably will not spend time coding it either.

We'll watch for any notices from Infusionsoft, but certainly update this issue if you hear something more "official" before we do.
