Dropdown terminal on multimonitor system

Sometimes terminal move to right monitor on 2 monitor configuration.
After that I can't get it back to left monitor without restart.
In config first monitor is the left one, but size settings are for right monitor.
Also mouse following mode don't work.

May be it's another magic vte and gtk3.20 bug.

which monitor resolutions you are using?
which size in settings? (percentage or pixels?)

2 monitors 1920x1080
100%x100% and fullscreen
Mouse following mode works only if not in fullscreen and not 100%x100%.
Also I can't change size settings for second monitor in mouse following mode.
Don't know how to reproduce bug with swapping to another monitor, may be some kind of race condition.

To be clear I've just created a clean virtual machine with archlinux and reproduce this behavior.
I've disabled animation and after some time of fast hide/open terminal had swapped to another virtual monitor.
Both virtual monitors were 800x600.

usually people, when use multiple monitors, prefer to use only one monitor as main monitor for terminal.
why you like to use mouse flow + maximize + multiple monitors? why not use only one monitor for terminal tasks? (i want to understand your use case)

usually such behavior occur when desktop area was changed (reduced), so when altyo requesting previous remembered size, window manager trying to find best monitor with available free space for that size , for example. that is true if desktop panels shown only on one monitor

It's my case. Altyo moves from monitor without panel to monitor with panel.
But on vm it moves from monitor with panel to monitor without panel.
Why do you need to resize terminal? May be just switch it to invisible state?

when animation disabled, it should just switch it to invisible state, and after restore, just show back.

as workaround you may try to set animation enabled, animation step 1, this will activate almost the same behavior as animation disabled

for debugging the bug, when animation is disabled, you may run new stand-alone instance of altyo ("ctrl+shift+N"), then quit from original instance of altyo and run new one from standalone terminal with --debug >/tmp/altyo.log 2>&1 at the end of command
then reproduce situation when altyo move from one monitor to another, after that quit from altyo and share file /tmp/altyo.log through pastebin.org

I've caught may be the same behavior on one monitor system.
Altyo dropdown terminal window height increases and the #HVBox become invisible and some lines of terminal hides under the bottom panel, but if I hide the panel all lines are visible.
