Balena Etcher is spyware

I am opening this issue as #10 has not been responded to in more than half a year, and the user's account has been deleted, but Balena Etcher is spyware that should not be recommended to users, see balena-io/etcher#2977

I would recommend Rufus on Windows, and DD (git://git.sv.gnu.org/coreutils.git) on Linux/Macos
