Cannot change on-rails warp.

I cannot change the on-rails warp scale. I can change the physics scale, however. Timecontrol and mechjeb time warp both seem to work fine and they warp me quickly.

Also, if I change the config file then the correct setting will be highlighted green, but the warp rates do not actually change.

I have discovered that it is an incompatibility with "warpeverywhere."

Maybe you could mark them as incompatible on CKAN or say something about it on the forum. I guess it kind of makes sense now that I figured out why.
