Make RSS and BetterTimeWarp compatible

I'm currently discussing with the RSS people whether they should add an option to detect BetterTimeWarp in RSS.
So that both mods are compatible with each other and the BetterTimeWarp profile management also works with RSS/RP-1.

Maybe you would like to talk to each other.
