Ensure that the role works in image builder environment

We expect this role to be used from RHEL Konflux and Brew image builder, in this environment checks for system_vendor like in https://github.com/linux-system-roles/hpc/blob/main/tasks/main.yml#L366 will fail and tasks will be skipped.
We need to take read of those conditions.

Actually, there are more things that can go wrong in image builder environment. Some other things that we came up with is the absence of RHUI repositories that are in Azure. So checking this will be a separate big tasks with another test and development cycle.
It's better to work on it this way, I will modify this issue now.

@ggoklani so there is no need to look at it now, it will be a part of a bigger initiative later. I will keep an issue for now so that we keep an eye on such things during development.
