Recommend updating python version to 3.9

Thank you for your neat package for smFISH visualization! I tried installing the package according to the README (with an environment running python 3.7), but ran into dependency conflicts that pip could not resolve. For context, I'm using a LINUX machine running Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS. However, when I created a conda environment with python version 3.9, I ran into no such conflict.

Is there a reason your README recommends python 3.7?

Great that you had no issues with Python 3.9! There is no explicit reason we recommend 3.7 except that that is the Python version we used to develop the code. Thank you for pointing this out.
