Fire events as each link is followed #9

Suggestion by @bazwilliams.
In addition to the existing follow event which is fired at the end of the entire operation, fire intermediate events of the form follow:rel-name as each related model is fetched. This would enable consumers to listen for specific related models being fetched, or to provide some indication of progress.
