Is there anyone maintaining this repo?

I can at least get this package to run, unlike coltron. Was this code intended to replace it? It appears they function pretty similarly. Have you considered submitting it to pypi so that it can be more easily cited?

Hi yes, this code was intended to replace coltron and has essentially the same functionality. Thanks for the suggestion on pypi. I'll take a look and see if we can do this.
