Make public facts/statements/hypothesis static GitHub pages website

Each page for each fact should contain:

The statement of the fact in all supported languages (the page itself should contain all data, but user selects which languages to show).

Confirmations (links to pages in all supported languages)
Refutation (links to pages in all supported languages)

If there are no confirmations or refutation in user selected languages then we should show over languages with marking (link is in that language).

Data must be in public domain.

This public database should be filled when for each answer.

We first should take an answer from neural network, and convert it to list of statements (facts/hypothesis).

For each we need to make WebSearch to first try to disprove it, and after that try to provide supporting evidence.

Once we compiled search results we should cache it as GitHub Page.

We also can use WebRTC server to actually save user's votes and extend that static page with dynamic data. Also we can add comments in the future.

When we have GitHub page we can use it as input to our models to fix the answer, also we can send a link to our statement page.

The statement can be marked (likely true, likely false or hypocritical as in unclear - not proved or disproven).

So the answer can be enriched with link to our public page.
