Ease of use: No jumping back

Two "jump back" issues:

• Frontend : Left side panel (“Languages”) : When several of the language groups are expanded, the user sometimes has to scroll down to see a certain language in one of the lower groups. After clicking on such a language, the side panel view always jumps back to the top and the user has to scroll down all the way again to select another language from the same group, and then again when the user wants to select yet another language....
• Admin mode : Database : Edit transcriptions: When the list of results is split onto several pages, changing and saving a transcription value for an entry that is not on the first page results in the site jumping back to the first page.
