Don't backup files with i18n characters

Hello!

It seems that cozy drive doesn't backup files with non-ascii characters in localized date.
For example, by default on a french phone, pictures taken in august ("août") are not backed up.
Same in december ("décembre").

Workaround: set the phone to english, and relaunch cozy drive.

I'm not sure if this is client or server side, but the client should at least report when the backup fails.

Thanks for opening this issue. We are aware off this problem and this is the workaround we provide.

We are currently working on a new system to backup the medias for our new mobile app. We're on the finish line after a few weeks of internal testing. Hope we'll release it at the beginning of September.
