Interested in patches for supporting bozo feeds?

Sadly, some of the feeds that I have to handle aren't valid RSS, both from my reading of the loose spec and from http://www.feedvalidator.org/

The owners of some of the feeds may be receptive to fixing them, but I'd prefer to have the client handle it.

If I fork and change the rss_pubDate methods to be a bit more forgiving, would you accept the patches?

As long as it has no negative impact on well-formed, valid feeds, I will likely accept the patch.
