Add option to set border position: inner (default), outer, or centered

It would be useful to add a parameter that allows the positioning of the border to be configurable. This parameter could accept three values: inner (default), outer, and centered.

• inner: The border is positioned within the element's bounds (default behavior).
• outer: The border is positioned outside the element's bounds.
• centered: The border is centered on the edge of the element's bounds, splitting equally between inner and outer positions.

This enhancement would provide more flexibility for UI customization.

This sounds like a nice feature, however at the moment we have different priorities as we are looking into improving the performance of our text rendering. For now there are plenty ways to achieve an outer border without having to change our code base.

Subscribing on this request as this would also provide a significant optimization for us as we currently need 3 nodes to achieve an offset border ring effect while it would be more optimal to have it managed internally by the lighning component. This becomes especially relevant in TV apps with grids of possibly hundreds of tiles, thus an increasing number of avoidable nodes...
