Update sonar properties to include module names

Right now all modules in sonar are listed with the project name, so they look identical.  Not the most user friendly way to navigate around.  Would be nice to clean that up.  I didn't find good docs on the sonar properties, but I'm sure I just looked for the wrong thing...

This impacts all repos so putting in this module to cover everything.  Should be simple once it's understood what the fix is.
