Early 2013 feed tab on YouTube channels is borked

If you go on a youtube channel that should have community posts and click the Feed tab, the tab goes blank other than the following

If you then try to click on Backstage to pull up the community posts, the entire tab goes blank

Is this a problem with V3 or just that specific version's community posts being funky? I remember there being problems with community posts loading on V3 a couple months back but that's fixed on base V3.
