Maintain MIGRATION_ROOT in one location for all resiliency tests #352
Description
As it stands now, changes to the MIGRATION_ROOT need to the duplicated across all resiliency tests, and it can lead to situations where a branch gets out of sync with main and starts failing resiliency tests due to not being able to locate a file in the MIGRATION_ROOT. Instead, it would be nice if the MIGRATION_ROOT variable could be kept in one place to apply to all resiliency tests.
