cdf support is broken

prosystem core current versions 01-2024 not load cdf files.
the bin need to be converted to a78 and even so not any music.
The even cdf file load correctly in BupSystem.

cdf support is broken in recent retroarch versions.
In few Retroarch previous versions was done an change in path code relative to "\" and "/".
