Web support for viewing factoids #53
Description
It would be nice if we had a view that showed factoids. This can be read-only, since the factoids should come from the bot.
- The index can be a general table of nickname and aggregated factoids by type (i.e. foo -> 3 warns, 1 ban)
- Clicking a nick can show more details
