project name and library name

library is somewhat unfortunate name for the top level directory of libamtrack,

I understand that "libamtrack" is also project name.

Possible solutions:

• libamtrack/libamtrack is not that weird as it sounds, many other open-source projects follow a convention where the repository and main directory match. tensorflow/tensorflow, numpy/numpy, https://github.com/libgit2/libgit2
