Description

Logo can be changed on the store view level

Steps to reproduce issue

1. Open admin -> content -> design -> configuration
2. Add logo X on A store view
3. Add logo Y on B store view
4. Save configurations
5. Flush Cache Storage

Expected result

1. Logo X is present on A store view
2. Logo Y is present on B store view

Actual result

logo x is present on both A and B store views
