Description : 

Logo can be changed on the store view level 

Steps


Open admin -> content -> design -> configuration
Add logo X on A store view 
Add logo Y on B store view
Save configurations
Flush Cache Storage



Expected Result : 
Logo X is present on A store view
Logo Y is present on B store view
