[reproducibility] Host resources on tool like Zenodo or Figshare #11
Description
Google drive might be convenient for uploading, but access is flaky and could change at any time. Instead, it would be good to host the two files at FigShare or Zenodo. Additionally, this would be a place where metadata could be associated with those files such as the license.
