calcurse-caldav doen't clean up lockfile

calcurse 4.8.2

The calcurse-caldav script creates a lockfile, but doesn't clean it up.
Because of this the example pre-load hook doesn't work. This hook
checks if the lockfile exists before running.

You would expect that calcurse-caldav would delete the lockfile.

I have the same problem. When I delete it manually, it continues working normally, and runs the hooks. but if I do not, calcurse doesn't remove it, and hooks think that there is already a sync in progress.
