DTSTART missing TZ info

Bug description:
DTSTART of an event created with a (Add Item) doesn't specify the TZ (e.g. by being appended with Z). Unlike DTSTAMP which gets specified with the TZ by being appended with Z.

I was unsure of whether to mark this as a bug but I believe that no one would expect the event time to depend on their world location.

Fix suggestion:
Could you at least please have it written in UTC? Anything that will not make it change depending on the TZ setting of the device.

I think calcurse also fails to parse this with the specified timezone

I tried opening this in calcurse on two machines with different timezone configurations and it appeared as just 21:00 on both.
