Export workflow to W3C PROV model

PROV model ( http://www.w3.org/TR/prov-overview/ ) is a normalized way to describe where data come from, how it has been created, and how it has evolved, etc.

tuttle could export where data come from and how it has been created into one of the standard RPOV format. Maybe it could also retrieve some meta-data about the sources.

There aren't many tools for automatically generating PROV documentation yet. I think doing this could tuttle even more useful.
