Publish to the openvsx repository

Hoping to get this officially published to the Open VSX Repository as discussed on Syntax.fm Episode 416: Gitpod, iPad Coding, Web3, WTF NFT

As stated in that episode by the people from Gitpod, it's beneficial to have this easily available for those who use services like Gitpod or open source VSCode editors like VSCodium.

Open VSX's description of itself: "Open VSX is a vendor-neutral open-source alternative to the Visual Studio Marketplace."

I had tried to do this, but the site errors out when I try to login. I have no idea why but my account is non functional there for some reason.
