Support for multiple categories #8
Description
RSS 2.0 allows for multiple category elements under each items, but trying to pass an array to add_item() results in <category>ARRAY(0x4c58698)</category>. This has been fixed in XML::RSS in this patch, should be simple to port to XML::RSS::LibXML.
