incertitude in dependency

@ScottFerson I am working on the cases of incertitude in dependence, and I think the pun should support some cases. For example, I've implemented the PQD (positive quadrant dependent) based on the codes from pba.r, see an example in this partial_dependency_experiment.pdf.

Moreover, I am wondering if there's any implementation for "uncorrelated"? For example, the implementation for the figure below?
