First, c1 is not closed.

Second, using this gives

Instead doing apy add -m Cloze gives

PS. perhaps add an example with apy add -m Cloze in proximity to the Cloze example in the README

PS2. It is also not clear what this warning... does..? do i have corrupt notes now? or did apy fix them? what happened?

Thanks for the suggestions! I've updated accordingly. Regarding PS2: good question - it is only a warning, it is not an error. You do not have corrupt notes, apy fixed them. It only warns that your input uses a different name for the field than what is stored in Anki.
