Feat: Recent projects (quick switch)

Idea: Keep a short list of recent project paths (last 5 - 10, deduplicated).

In the Project menu, add “Recent” with sub-items to switch project without opening the folder dialog.

Optional: “Pin” 1-3 so they always appear at the top.

Stored in config.json (recent_project_paths)
