command 'changes-counter.setComparisonBranch' not found

I'm trying to set initial values using command palette but getting the following error:

command 'changes-counter.setComparisonBranch' not found

The same "not found" error is shown for the lines threshold command as well.

macOS 14.3.1
VS Code 1.87.0

Thanks for creating the issue! I tried but I couldn't reproduce this bug. Does this error that you mentioned appear on the extension's output channel or somewhere else? Could you please check, if you haven't done so already, the extension's output channel to see if there are some messages there?

The output channel for the extension shows this:

Of course, I'm working in a folder that is a Git repo.

To clarify, I realized that the extension expects the root folder in the Project Explorer to be a Git repo.
