Export as WebP option

While the site currently supports importing images (and cards) using WebP, it does not support exporting them as such, it would be beneficial to be able to do so. This likely should be done using the .charx format within the v3 spec per https://github.com/kwaroran/character-card-spec-v3/blob/main/SPEC_V3.md
