physical activity: missing data

We need a script:

• that calls into redcap, extracts physical activity variables/study visit and create a dataset.

Then we need a script that:

• can take the data set above and compute:

• counts for questions response per person a

• percent of missing data per person/study visit.

• can add the redcap headers for import into redcap

I will take this issue. I created a script in the master that "hard codes" the problem. I will work to create a dev-branch with a function that wraps dplyr scipt. After I test the branch, I will merge back into master and close this issue.
