Can't find Functions v2 runtime domain. error : POST https://undefined/create-new-task net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED

When I try to call in dialpad, I see that the flex can't find the path of the function 'create-new-task'.
Is it a settings somewhere to be added?
