Dokku configuration page not working

Hello,
I trying to deploy Forem using t2d script in a Digital ocean droplet. I following yor youtube screen-cast however, dokku configuration page is not working. When I try to access to Dokku using my public IP, It said "This site can’t be reached ".
I in this stage:-
