[GUI Tool] Configurable PDO Profiles via External Files

Allow standard PDO configurations to be defined via external files to support multiple hardware variants.

Features:

• Load PDO profiles from configuration files (JSON/YAML/etc.)
• Select profile when initializing a slave or autodetect or define a pipeline.json of slaves in bus with slave profiles
