Display Community Library history/metadata in Channel details page

Description

• Update channel info layout to support displaying Community Library metadata and activity history in the channel details page.
• Let the user collapse the activity history or the channel details card.
• Load CL Submissions sorted by date_updated in descending order.
• Allow this page to display a specific CL submission.
