It is not easy to make multiple copies of the same lesson or quiz because of duplicate name validation

Observed behavior

Screenshot from a generic lesson on my local server:

If you try to make a copy of a lesson more once, you'll get this subtle notification (bottom left of picture) that tells you the copy operation failed.

This is because the name of the copy is always something like Copy of 'orig lesson'.

The workaround is to either rename orig lesson or Copy of 'orig' lesson or to make a copy of Copy of 'orig' lesson (Copy of 'Copy of 'orig lesson'')

Expected behavior

Something a little more forgiving, so a user could make more than one copy of a lesson without having to do all these workarounds.

User-facing consequences

It's inconvenient to make more than one copy of an assignment.
