Add another view when exploring channels

Observed behavior

When exploring channels it is very hard to find what you are looking at inside Kolibi. That is partly due to the layout with the squares.

Some text is cut off and only very little information is visible in one window.

Expected behavior

More userfriendly UI will make it easier to navigate when exploring channels.

You are already using a couple of different options in Kolibri Studio that will make the user experience better. Give the user the option to choose between different views.

Thanks for flagging @lsolesen! This looks at least partially like a regression - the truncation should occur, but there should be more lines displayed.

I'll also flag for the designers (cc @jtamiace) the feedback about alternate views. We do have a list view on the library page and are currently redesigning our cards, so this is helpful.
