Fix Brotli build or switch away from Unpkg #3
Description
Unpkg seems to have some issue with Brotli compression: unpkg/unpkg#293
Either we wait for them to fix, or we switch to Cloudflare or some other CDN. This will bring down the file size from 231KB to 71KB.
